How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on the number of advisors using the platform. We offer volume discounts for larger teams and custom pricing for enterprise deployments.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, we offer a full-featured interactive demo and can provide a pilot period for qualified firms to evaluate the platform with real workflows.

What support is included?

All plans include email support. Ops + Compliance includes priority support with faster response times. Enterprise includes a dedicated success manager.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you support SSO and SAML?

Single sign-on via SAML 2.0 and OIDC is available on the Enterprise plan, with SCIM provisioning and role mapping to your identity provider. We support Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and any standards-compliant IdP.

Where is our data hosted, and can we choose the region?

Core Ops and Ops + Compliance run in our primary US region. Enterprise customers can elect regional data residency — including US, EU, and Canada — and an on-premise or private-cloud deployment for firms with strict sovereignty requirements.

How do contracts, SLAs, and renewals work?

Core Ops and Ops + Compliance are annual subscriptions with standard terms. Enterprise agreements include custom SLAs with uptime and response-time commitments, security and DPA addenda, and negotiated renewal terms reviewed with your dedicated success manager.
